Monts d’Arrée Vest
CHF 7.00
The Monts d’Arrée vest is a sleeveless vest with a shawl collar and side slits for greater freedom of movement, making it an ideal companion for autumn walks. It’s knitted from top to bottom and the pattern is made of wrapping stitches. The bottom borders are made from 2/3 ribbing, while the collar and armholes are constructed in shortened rows with a moss stitch pattern.

Suggested yarn
The vest is knitted using DK weight yarn, i.e. a skein or ball of 100 g corresponds to around 200-300 m (220-330 yds).
The yarn used to make the model is Bouclelaine’s Roussin-Alpaga DK weight, made from 80% Roussin de la Hague and 20% Alpaca. It’s a yarn made in a short circuit, allowing the fleeces from Brittany and other French departments to be valued.
